This policy explains what information Glenwright Digital ("we", "us") collects through glenwrightdigital.com, how it's used, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what you send us so we can reply to you, and we don't sell it.
What we collect
- What you type into the contact form: your name, email address, message, and anything optional you add (company, website, service interest, budget).
- Spam-check data: the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam. It processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details to decide whether a submission comes from a person.
- Booking details: if you book a call, the scheduling service collects your name, email, and chosen time.
- Emails you send us: if you email us directly, we receive whatever you include.
This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't run analytics that follow you across other sites.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and follow up about the work you asked about. The first reply is drafted by an AI-assisted system from what you wrote; we read every message.
- To schedule and prepare for calls you book.
- To keep a record of inquiries and client conversations.
- To keep the site and form secure and free of spam.
We won't add you to a mailing list or send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Who helps us handle it
We use a small number of service providers to run this site and respond to you. They process your information only to provide their service to us:
- Website hosting, security, and spam protection (Cloudflare)
- Email delivery (Resend)
- Drafting the first reply to your message with an AI model (accessed through OpenRouter)
- Keeping records of inquiries (Airtable)
- Internal notifications when a new message arrives (Slack)
- Scheduling calls (Cal.com)
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for as long as they're useful for our conversation or working relationship, and for normal business record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you. Email solutions@glenwrightdigital.com and we'll take care of it.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
